Aion is an amazing graphic looking game...Now personally (since I'm cheap) I don't play P2P games. Why? Because my bills flux all over the place so one month I can pay next I can't. Stupid to get a game and be unable to play it whenever I want. I was thrilled to see Aion finally was going to move to the F2P model. Horrified when I saw the what is not included list.....limited chat and trade? I cant even open a store....very clever. Bright side I saw if we were in beta automatically we'd get vet status. Vet had what I wanted ...unlock all those damn channels and trading. So the beta key hunt began. I used every email I owned for the newsletter give away and hunted many sites. Thank god I found someone with keys on facebook along with a spanish site that had one more beta key giveaway.

SO.....strolling through the internet I was thinking of unique ideas for valentines day. BAH I was sick and tired of the teddies, the cutesy heart crap ...and blah blah. True that THINKGEEK.com has kick ass ideas for my manly warrior...but I didn't feel it was enough. So I ran the list through my head...

Zelda? Did that...Mario puns? Pfftt did that for his bday. OH! Skyrim love! ...No to dragonish. I was at my wits end already and its only the 2nd! I know I got lots of time but my man is worth it with all the stuff he puts up with. Hes been such a trouper that he needed something mega special! Thankfully the Valentine GODS showed their gorgeous love arrows...on Facebook @__@ wierd right? A person I don't really know messaged a great friend of mine. Naturally I saw the link and my jaw dropped....Tis perfect!

Yeah that's right! Those gorgeous bundles of floral succulence is none other then bacon! And not only that but the link had a how to! After my uncontrollable SQUEEEESSSSS I decided this to be perfect. This is my statement of ..."Hey baby! Your my man and I want in your heart forever.... through your stomach!". As I picture the romantic setting of candle light, me in my finest outfit, epic music playing, while my hunny bunny slaughters some Ogre to save his lovely rogue elven queen... Then he hands me some adorable virtual panda pet while I whip out my real life bacon bouquet and we ride off into the sunset.... -insert girly sigh here-

Yea ok so maybe my idea of romance is a tad off. And I'm still a sucker for the knights/ princess crap...I think he'll loves these! And no I'm not giving my man a heart attack wish.....its just what man in their right mind turns down meat? (exclude the vegan...I'm sure I can make meatless artificial ...roses...) Not like I''m telling him to eat them all right now @_@ ...course he'd have to over the day. Hell I should make some for my mother too......WHEE I should do that right now!

Skyrim 1.4 Update!

Ok so logged into Steam to see a update for Skyrim. Thank god! I prayed they fixed the damn bugs of my saves that kept corrupting...thankfully seems I see they did. Not just that they did a ton more fixes! Sadly with my disappointment the jerks, though they promised, didn't release the Construction Kit. WTH?! Anyway skimming over the patch notes this is what I saw:

Fixed issue where Galmar would not complete Joining the Stormcloaks properly if “Season Unending” was an active quest
Fixed issue where starting “Season Unending” after finishing “Joining the Stormcloaks” would prevent “The Jagged Crown” from starting properly
Fixed issue where progressing through “Message to Whiterun” while “Season Unending” was still open would block progression for both quests
In “Arniel’s Endeavor”, fixed issue where a quest journal would trigger multiple times
In “Forbidden Legend”, the amulet fragment can no longer disappear after player leaves a dungeon without taking it
Fixed rare issue in “Forbidden Legend” where killing Mikrul Gauldurson while sneaking would make his corpse unaccessible
In “The White Phial”, the phial can no longer disappear if player leaves dungeon without taking it
“The White Phial” will now start properly if player already has a briar heart in their inventory

Fixed issue where leaving Riften during “A Chance Arrangement” would prevent quest from progressing
In “Darkness Returns”, a door in Twilight Sepulcher will properly open if the player leaves the dungeon for an extended period of time before completing the quest
In “Revealing the Unseen”, if the player leaves the Oculory for an extended period of time after placing the focusing crystal and returns, the quest will proceed correctly
“Onmund’s Request” will now start properly if player has already found Enthir’s staff before receiving this quest
Fixed instance where Tonilia would stop buying stolen items and also would not give Guild Leader Armor
“Repairing the Phial” will start properly if player already has unmelting snow or mammoth tusk in their inventory
Finding Pantea’s Flute before speaking with Pantea no longer prevents her quest from updating
In “The Break of Dawn”, fixed rare instance where a quest object would spawn incorrectly on the Katariah during Hail Sithis
Fixed rare issue in “The Mind of Madness” where player is unable to equip the Wabbajack
Fixed issue in “Pieces of the Past” where Mehrunes Dagon’s Razor will not trigger properly if player leaves the cell for extended period of time before activating it
“Blood’s Honor” will start properly if you visited and completed Driftshade and an extended period of time passes before starting the quest.
Fixed rare issue where “Dampened Spirits” would not start properly
Fixed issue where player would be unable to become Thane of Riften if they purchased a home first
Fixed issue where killing guards in Cidhna Mine would block progression for “No One Escapes Cidhna Mine”
Fixed numerous issues with “Blood on the Ice” not triggering properly
In “Blood on the Ice”, Calixto can now be killed if player owns a house in Windhelm
In “The Cure for Madness”, killing Cicero then resurrecting him no longer impedes quest progress
Fixed rare issue in “To Kill an Empire” where an NPC would fail to die properly
Clearing Knifepoint Ridge before starting “Boethiah’s Champion” no longer prevents quest from starting.

horray....and for my finale! Skyrim released a sneak peek video of the construction tools....YOU JERKS! It shows it at work along with the integration of the Steam workshop...I just want the damn tools! For any of you worried about Skyrim NEXUS like I was ...I found this on the Nexus news page:

Of course, you’ll still be able to use popular fan-hosted mod sites like Skyrim Nexus to find great mods to play. We did not change any functionality to exclude the way mods worked previously. We even added a few features to help out — for instance, custom INI files can now be packaged into mods so you don’t need to backup your INI files anymore.

C9 Vip ~ Totally siked!!!

First this is a first! VIP email sent to me for CB of C9.... I been following this game for years! Way before I even heard of Mabinogi Heros which later (for the US crowd) got renamed Vindictus. Now I played Vindictus and omg I loved it! Amazing stress reliever with unique combo like controls and amazing action moves. Not only do you just beat the daylights out of mobs you can smash those little suckers into the dungeon items and they break! And if you really feel all WWE pick up that pot, fence, hunk of tree whatever...and just smash them in the face. If you feel thats not enough just grind his face into the wall or bend his back over your knee for that eye wincing CRACK!

On top of the head spinning action of Vindictus, the customization and graphics couldn't be denied. I'm no fan girl but even I had to internally squeel while peering over my glasses at the customizations right down to the panty! Not only are the dynamics amazing in the game but so was the real "the mobs will tear your shit off!" armor...OK so many girls might be like ...right....so the girls get their clothes ripped off. Well yes...and I'm sure ladies we just look in the mirror and go whatever but there is a bright side to this. Boys are stripped down just as nicely for a nice much added eye candy finish. I may be down in my nice lingerie but so is the eye candy I was paired with and not only did it look like we trashed the dungeons but it also looked like we had left over wildness for each other. (ok in my head.)

Ok so enough about Vin...now for the real GOLD! C9 or continent of the ninth. Why did I go on a Vindictus spiel? Well C9 seems to have the same graphics and idea like Vindictus. Reading on I thought oh no not a clone! Well there is a difference. Vindictus and C9 are only dungeon based games. Meaning all your quests are completed by finishing instances. I admit after the 20th go back and kill this boss thing it got old. Though these games are MMOs, they do not have a free roaming world. NOW NOW! Before you go tossing the towel in like I almost did there might be a bright side. Vindictus was restrained...you were stuck in a very very tiny village with only 1 port to go to dungeons over and over but reading into C9 some players and a article states this game though dungeon based wont feel so restrained and feel a bit more open. The downfall I read is you can't destroy the dungeon or pick items up. I loved interacting with the world.....but I guess I can deal with it. C9 stated that when players are in instances other players can raid in and maybe steal all your loot or even try to kill you. I am not a huge pvp fan but I can give it a try. Vindictus had a horrible peer to peer dungeon system that relyed on the team leaders actual home connection! Horrible idea if you both live on opposite sides of the US ...or further! Players along with what I read claim that idea wont be in C9 Thank God!

Customization seems to be the same for this game as it was in Vindictus and I'll assume the same clothes ripping effects will be in play. I read the combo attacks may not be as smooth as Vindictus is but its just as amazing. I for one love things with great story lines and awesome game play but its a BONUS if its pretty to!

10,000 lucky CB tester are able to try this out starting Feb 04. Close beta signups I suppose are closed at this time but I'm excited to try this out! Interested in the game or want to check if they are still taking more CB testers I'd read on MMO Site(as far as I know signups are closed):

Gamer Mom in: Double Trouble

What is this you ask? This is not the beginning ...nor the end of my story. But it is a new level after the endless boring repetitive grinding dungeon battles of a old nemesis(who never stayed dead nor dropped good lot). I will speak of this later(but not today).This is the middle...of a tale.

I always preferred to not only kill my own dragons, slaughter hordes of innocent villagers or towns people, gun down anything that looked at me funny, and naturally take anything shiny (diamonds maybe a girl's best friend but gold is just as shiny!)but to also do so alone. In reality ...the principle still applied. With extreme bitterness I scored lands wrecking vengeance on poor males of any type while keeping a ex in mind. Did they deserve my ruthlessness these poor men...of course not but it felt thrilling all the same. To make this short, among them all stood one fool that seemed to survive. Countless times my ax, swords, daggers, gun shots and more would miss or leave him unscathed to his amusement and it enraged me more.

Yea ok RPG lore aside that idiot annoyed the daylights out of me! And he kept talking and asking questions and over time I actually cracked and talked. Who knew?! Over time this fool would pass my bitterness and ease the anger. PVPer males thank him no doubt when I set my weapons down to turn to MP pot making and drinking merrily singing a song that made no sense.

Time went by and he moved in. I sceptically waited for him to leave though he simply over time nestled himself into my couch, my home, and my heart. One day I felt truly ill and decided to get checked. Doctors shrugged and told me I had the flu so I nodded and went back home and to bed. That flu lasted 1 month. Odd...I never recalled flu moving like hot peppers at a Mexican festival on margarita night. Skeptic I went back to the doctor and the idiot woman once again told me I was ill with the flu...I told her I had two other sons and this didn't seem like a flu. Oh that woman was evil to dare turn the tables on me and make me feel guilt! She dared claim I was wanting a child badly and trying to concieve along with using my guy to do so. That it was all in my head and I should simply forget the idea. Grrrr....I?! Try to have more children? I mentally wished I could just hack off her head and parade it around! No...I was a sensible calm woman ...on the outside. I verbally sighed defeated and went home. Though I really wanted to scream like a Indian and bitch slap her with the stethoscope.

After another month I finally got upset and asked for a second opinion. Granted the new doctor was on the same team as the other one but...heck what can I do? He decided I should get a sono but claimed if there was anything it was very very new. Yea ok whatever...Steeling myself and being dragging into the sono room by my knight (cuz frankly i dun wanna) we faced the electro box of seeyness together. The nurse calmly move the over gelled do-hicky over my gutt and smiled. 'So they are doing great!' .....(-screeching hult of brain-)...They? The nurse nodded moving it back to see two little bodies not looking new...but with head and arms and fingers and toes. THEY?!! Oh my knight turned paler then he usually is and I needed a moment to go to the bathroom and shove my face into their generic brawny and screech so loud into it I'm sure I'd have broke a few ear drums if I didnt shove it in my mouth. Taking a few deep breaths I stepped out and smiled calmly for the nurse. 'Wow did you know you are having two? You look rather calm.' she said...(yea calm ...sure).

Bahhh thats what I get for falling in love with a sniper....good job...
